The UK property market is in a turbulent state for the time being, with home costs hovering regardless of the present value of residing disaster. It’s arguably by no means felt tougher to purchase a home, or climb the property ladder.

Information from the Division for Levelling Up states that the common flooring space of a UK residence has gone from 104.6 sq. metres in 2017, to 87.9 sq. metres at the moment.
